Mission: Henderson Equality Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging, empowering, enriching, and advancing LGBTQ+ individuals, allies, and the broader Southern Nevada community. We provide accessible programs, resources, education, food assistance, youth services, support groups, and community connections designed to reduce barriers and help people thrive.

Our vision is a thriving, inclusive, and connected Southern Nevada where LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies are respected, supported, and empowered to live authentically and reach their full potential.
Henderson Equality Center envisions a community where everyone has access to the resources, opportunities, education, support, and meaningful connections they need to succeed. We strive to help create a future where barriers are reduced, diversity is celebrated, and every person has a safe and welcoming place to belong.
Through continued community engagement, advocacy, education, partnerships, and accessible programs, we seek to build a stronger and more equitable community where everyone can feel valued, represented, and empowered to thrive.
