Volunteer
Volunteers are the Backbone of Henderson Equality Center. Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who make Henderson Equality Center possible! The Henderson Equality Center Staff values the dedicated volunteers who work hard to help produce activities and events at the Center. We rely on people like you to make this operation possible. Front Desk Reception:
Provide clients with resources, answer incoming calls, and greet walk-in clients and visitors to our CyberCenter & Social Groups.
Outreach and Civic Engagement:
Representing Henderson Equality Center on college campuses, health fairs, community events, and more. For those who are outgoing, like engaging with the public, and are able to travel throughout Clark County.
Special Events:
Assist with staffing fundraisers (Bingo) and other special events.
Food Pantry:
Help stuff food bags for clients that arrive weekly for food pantry assistance.
Group and Corporate Volunteering:
Have a large group, or want to get your company involved? We can find plenty of ways for your group to get involved.
Henderson Pride Fest:
Help with various aspects of the fest. For setup to liter pick up, helping vendors and helping tare down.
