Support Henderson Equality Center’s Scholarship Funds
With support from the community, Henderson Equality Center has been able to grow our scholarship funds.
With the communities support, we are able to offer various scholarships each year. While these scholarships might be seen as relatively small in the ever increasing cost of higher education, sometimes a scholarship that helps students buy books or pay for a meal plan can make all the difference in the world. A portion of the funds raised at various events during the year help support the Center’s scholarship funds as well as individual contributions and fundraisers throughout the year.
There are two ways you can help contribute to the Scholarship Fund :
1. Donate to the existing Scholarship Funds.
A contribution of an amount helps maintain and advance availability of scholarship funds, helping us support the future LGBTQ+ leaders of tomorrow. To make a contribution to the scholarship funds account please go to:
2. Start a NEW Scholarship Fund
The Center is committed to creating different opportunities for LGBTQ+ students. A Center Scholarship Fund is a great way for you to support the future of the LGBTQ+ community or to remember or honor a loved one. To create a named scholarship fund we ask you to make a minimum of a one-time contribution or a multi-year pledge of $2,000. To start the conversation about establishing a new fund please contact the Center’s Executive Director Chris Davin at Chris.Davin@HendersonEqualityCenter.org or 855-955-5428, Ext 806.
